1. Firstly STOP THE CLOCK, those who understand this will realise what i mean and the importance, the year, and few weeks wait is over,........... . nuff said

2. Right since i emailed last.... i have been a mostly drinking sitting on beaches trekking in a rain forest and putting my back out running for a bus..!

3. We attended the world famous full moon party on the thai island of koh pan yang (spelling??), i was not really expecting much but to get bored senseless of all the ravers taking too many drugs and dancing to techno but i was pleasantly surprised to find lots of cheap alcohol, a good range of music from cheese to rnb and garage! And more importantly a good mix of people! Needless to say we all got quite drunk had a dance then laughed at the trashed people a kipping on the beach till the sun came up. this was only hindered by a thai guy who knew no english insisting i had dropped my sun glasses (i dont own any).. the only thing that shut him up was when i put them on my head, so i woke up with a free pair of sunnies! result!

4. After a day of relaxtion in our hut on the beach, we hired the worlds most pathetic jeep, on the worlds 13th hilliest island, it took sweat grit and pure luck to get it up the hills with two people sat in the back getting bumped around in the pot holes. Damn fantastic as the jeep was a better experience than the stuff we saw!

5. Next up was a boat to Koh Samui (read as over developed, over priced, krout (sorry phillipe) over run hell hole. Well i say that it wasnt that bad! Good fun sitting on the beach with the planes flying only 100m or so above your head...!

6. Then, despite my drunken promise to leave the girls after koh samui i trundled after them to Koh Sok (a rain forest!!). Here we went on an organised trek with guides and stuff for two days which was ok then the girls left me, as it was time for me to go alone, i decided to stay on an extra day to do the trails in the park. Now... this is where the fun started...

7. On the 9km trek (3-4 hours) there was a sign in Thai and in very broken english that said "No access to point 4 stay far away from here, wild elephants" which i took to read, avioid this certain waterfall (point four on the map) and go via this path to continue. This is because the elephants have their babies with them and they are very protective of their young.... so on i continued to this other main waterfall at the end of the trek and back.... when i got back i found that this sign actually meant DANGER< NO ENTRY.... oopppppsssss

Next i took the local bus (read as three hot sweaty hours sanwhiched between hot thai people for the sack of saving 70p.... ) to Krabi, where i can go visit the islands that featured in the beach... THe bus broke down about 15 mins from teh stop so we all had to walk all very nice except i have managed to pull a muscel in my neck/ upper back running to get on the bus and am in agony! so all i can do is sit in teh internet cafe or drink! shame huh!

9. So next is the islands of koh phi phi (snigger) and then onto Trang for more beaches and islands then onto malaysia for Georgetown, then the Cameroon Highlands for some trekking and then onto Kuala Lumpur.

10. Backwards Tequila... a few people asked whats is .. aka "Red Eye".

A. Lick your hand and create a line of salt

B. Down the tequila

C. Snort the salt (up your nose, yes)

D. Finally hold open your eyelid and squeeze lime juice into it.

viola, instant disgust from the bar staff Right gotta fly... I'm gonna send some photos when I get an internet cafe with some speed!
